MemorialCare Health System in Fountain Valley, CA seeks an Executive Director of Epic Clinical Applications to lead evaluation, acquisition, installation, operation, and support of Epic modules within Information Services.

You will hire and develop staff, align IT strategy with MemorialCare goals, manage budgets, and collaborate with C-level leaders to drive system upgrades and continuous service excellence.

This is a full-time role with a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years in healthcare delivery
• Minimum 10 years of management/leadership experience
• Deep grounding in MemorialCare enterprise systems including Epic modules
• Experience in requirements gathering/analysis
• Proven systems integration design and development experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lead in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment

• Participate in Senior IS governance for the application portfolio
• Develop and maintain end-to-end integrated software solutions
• Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of systems
• Stay current with Healthcare IT trends andEmerging technologies
• Support CIO and IT leaders with technology vision and project execution
