Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of management experience in Information Systems, Healthcare Technology, or a related environment.
• 5 years supporting ambulatory care, physician practices, medical groups, or healthcare operations.
• Experience working with physicians, practice administrators, nursing leadership, and operational stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Epic Ambulatory or comparable ambulatory EMR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology services supporting ambulatory clinical operations, physician practices, urgent care centers, outpatient services, and affiliated entities.
• Oversee ambulatory EMR optimization, patient access technologies, digital patient engagement, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Align IT strategy with executive leadership priorities and work with clinical operations and IS teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Manage governance, programs, and initiatives across multiple sites within the ambulatory network.
