Job summary

HCLTech in the United States (Phoenix, AZ) seeks an experienced Epic IT Specialist to lead ClinDoc, Orders, and Stork implementations and enhancements. You will partner with clinicians and IT teams to gather requirements, configure documentation templates and flowsheets, and optimize CPOE workflows for medications, labs, and imaging.

The role requires 8+ years in healthcare IT with Epic, along with ClinDoc and Orders certifications; Stork certification preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare IT or related field is required.
8+ years of healthcare IT experience with Epic implementation and support.
Epic ClinDoc Certification is mandatory; Epic Orders Certification is mandatory.
Epic Stork Certification is preferred.
Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic ClinDoc, Orders, and Stork implementation, enhancements, and support.
Gather and analyze clinical, operational, and business requirements from healthcare stakeholders.
Configure and maintain clinical documentation templates, flowsheets, and nursing workflows.
Design and optimize CPOE workflows for medications, labs, radiology, and ancillary services.
Configure order sets, protocols, and CDS tools; support go-live and hypercare.
Mentor junior analysts and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.
