Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC is seeking an Epic Application Analyst to lead analysis and design of Epic systems, including requirements, specifications, configuration, testing and implementation. The role partners with clinicians, IT and vendors to deliver reliable solutions.

Responsibilities include Epic application support, troubleshooting, training, reporting, and occasionally non-Epic integration work.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or 2 years experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 4 years of related experience in Clin Doc/Orders
• EpicCare Inpatient certification
• Epic Orders certification

Aufgaben

• Perform Epic application analysis and design, including requirements, specifications, configuration, testing and implementation
• Provide Epic application support, troubleshooting, training and reporting
• Act as liaison between employers groups, clients and vendors
• Assist with non-Epic application support for integrated third-party applications
• Support Clin Doc/Orders configurations and eCQM measures
