Job summary

CereCore is seeking an Epic Claims Analyst to design, configure, and support Epic systems across clinical, financial, and operational workflows. The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, clinicians, and technical resources to ensure compliant, efficient revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare IT, CS, Nursing or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Active Epic Professional Billing Claims and Remittance certifications required.
• Epic Hospital Billing Claims and Remittance certification required.
• Experience in full‑lifecycles EHR/Epic implementations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, customize and maintain Epic Claims modules settings.
• Coordinate with clinicians and stakeholders to translate needs into Epic configurations.
• Perform testing across modules and third‑party systems before production.
• Provide on‑site go‑live support and resolve workflow or claim backlog issues.
• Lead governance and training, maintain documentation and training materials.
