The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of Epic Revenue Cycle expertise, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to optimize reimbursement outcomes in large healthcare settings. Immediate need with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Epic Revenue Cycle experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Epic claims management and billing workflows.
• Deep expertise in claim splitting, edits, reconciliation, and processing operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and revenue cycle best practices.
• Experience identifying and resolving denials, billing issues, and workflow challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Epic Revenue Cycle claims workflows and processes.
• Analyze existing claims processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improved reimbursement outcomes.
• Provide expertise in complex claims management including claim splitting, edits, billing workflows, and resolutions.
• Support design, configuration, validation, and optimization of Epic Revenue Cycle functionality for claims processing.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership, billing teams, and technical groups to address claims challenges.
