Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience and 4 years progressive IS or healthcare experience.
• Experience with small to medium-scale implementations or upgrades.
• Test Plan development experience.
• IT experience and/or healthcare operations experience.
• Project management of large initiatives.
• Implementation/upgrade support applications.
• Planning, development and implementationExperience.
• Technical collaboration (interfaces, hardware, reporting).
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimal technical solutions for issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Prepare work plans to support system upgrades, tests and enhancements.
• Configure, implement and maintain technical requirements across development, staging and production environments.
• Evaluate processes, assess feasibility of project requests and resolve operational issues.
• Develop clear specifications and documentation, and plan test scenarios.
• Assist in developing technology standards and resource estimation.
• Complete tasks by due dates or document variances.
