Qualifications

• 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience
• 4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare operations
• Small to medium-scale implementation or upgrades
• Test Plan development
• IT or healthcare operations experience
• Project management of large initiatives
• Implementation/upgrade support
• Applications planning, development and implementation
• Technical collaboration (interfaces, hardware, reporting)
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Supports identifying optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing systems
• Prepares work plans for system upgrades and enhancements
• Configures and maintains technical environments
• Evaluates workflows for feasibility and operational issues
• Develops clear specifications and documentation
• Plans and executes test scenarios
• Assists in establishing technology standards
