Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience and 4 years Progressive experience in information services or combination of information Services and direct Health Care experience
• Small to medium -scale implementation/upgrades
• Test Plan development
• Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
• Project Management of Large Initiatives
• Implementation/Upgrade Support Applications
• Planning, Development and Implementation
• Technical Collaboration (e.g. Interfaces, Hardware and Reporting)
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems

Responsibilities

• Supports the business in identifying optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing systems.
• Prepares work plans for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Configures and maintains technical environments and documents test scenarios.
• Assists in establishing technology standards and estimating resources.
• Communicates variances to management and ensures tasks are completed by due dates.
