Seattle Children's is seeking an Epic Cadence Certified analyst to optimize capacity management through data-driven forecasts and decision trees. This remote role requires residency in Washington state and focuses on enterprise analytics within the Capacity Management team.

You will analyze trends, develop models, and collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, financial, and IT domains to support production operations, reporting to Capacity Management leadership, and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment; three of the five years must be in a healthcare analysis environment.
• Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
• Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
• Experience with clinical, hospital and / or financial applications and / or systems.

Responsabilités

• Optimize performance through technology and maximize Capacity Management goals.
• Analyze trends and volumes or issues, patterns; develop models, forecasts and recommendations to anticipate demand.
• Assist with the design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues across all project phases.
• Provide reports, assessments and information to Capacity Management Leadership to aid optimal functioning.
• Provide leadership on project tasks and mentor other project analysts as appropriate.
• Provide ongoing support of Capacity Management systems to ensure functionality and effectiveness.
