Job summary

Cedars-Sinai seeks a Senior Epic Cadence Analyst to drive complex design, build, and implementation work within the EIS Applications group. You will facilitate end-user meetings, translate requirements into functional configurations, and may lead projects across the department and related Epic modules.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of Epic Cadence experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while coordinating with stakeholders and other IT teams.

Qualifications

• Four (4) plus years of Epic Cadence design, build, implementation experience.
• Decision Tree design and build experience preferred.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced design, build, and implementation assignments/projects with deep knowledge of Epic Cadence.
• Initiates, facilitates, or leads meetings with end-user/business owners and other EIS teams.
• May lead on team projects: translating customer needs, meeting deliverables, status reporting, and managing customer relationships and expectations.
• Collaborates with team members to document configurations and ensure user training materials are available.
