Qualifications

• Undergraduate core program in computer science or information systems; 12 combined work experience in multiple areas.
• Alternatively 36 months combined experience in multiple areas of responsibility including 12 months in specified roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Cadence scheduling applications and related infrastructure.
• Analyze scheduling workflows, access needs, and operational requirements; translate needs into Cadence build.
• Configure and maintain scheduling environments and access controls ensuring HIPAA/compliance data handling.
• Coordinate with Epic teams to validate data and maintain consistency across systems.
• Manage the full change lifecycle for Cadence upgrades, releases, and new implementations.
• Build and maintain scheduling templates, appointment types, provider/resource records, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver improved scheduling solutions.
• Maintain documentation, test scripts, and inventories; liaison between leaders, clinical teams, compliance, and IT.
• Participate in Epic workgroups and stay current with releases.
