  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to work with clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling build, including templates, appointment types, and visit types.
  • Gather and document scheduling workflow requirements from clinical and operational stakeholders.
  • Design, build, and validate Cadence system changes per organizational standards.
  • Test configuration changes and support integrated testing across Epic applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling issues with end users and support teams.
  • Support go-live activities, training, and post-implementation optimization.
  • Maintain accurate build documentation and follow change control processes.
