Qualifications

• 2-3 years healthcare experience in outpatient setting.
• Epic proficiency (Cadence, Prelude, etc.).
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio preferred).
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or High School Degree with equivalent knowledge).

Responsibilities

• Lead Capacity Management initiatives and execute advanced template management for Ambulatory scheduling.
• Provide decision support for scheduling accuracy across Access Center.
• Maintain expertise in Epic Cadence and advanced scheduling methodologies.
• Serve as external point of contact to resolve client and operational issues.
• Assist stakeholders with Cadence-related scheduling concerns and template changes.
• Support go-live and rollout of new Epic applications with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze data streams to improve scheduling delivery and audit template builds.
• Assess impact of change requests on templates and decision trees across environments.
• Drive process improvements to enhance client service and efficiency.
• Manage multiple template optimization requests and liaise with DTP.
• Communicate findings to leadership and escalate issues.
