Job summary

BJC HealthCare in Missouri is seeking an EHR Application III Analyst who is Epic certified in Cadence and ready to work remotely. This senior role requires deep experience with Epic and other clinical applications, and the ability to plan, design, implement, test, and maintain system configurations.

The role collaborates with hospital leadership and clinical users to drive adoption, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system integrity.

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence certification required or to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• 5–10 years of experience in clinical applications or EHR analysis.
• Strong collaboration with hospital leadership and clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, design, implement, test, and maintain Epic and other clinical applications.
• Drive configuration development and deployment across stages; ensure standards.
• Lead test planning, execution, and incident management activities.
• Ensure security, usability, and accessibility requirements are met.
• May participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
