Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO is seeking an Epic Analyst to support IT applications through planning, design, implementation, and ongoing optimization. You will provide front-line end-user support, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions. This role requires Epic certification within four months; Cadence certification is preferred.

Flexible remote work within CHCO region may be possible. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8am–5pm with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED.
• Experience: Minimum of two years; Epic Analyst experience preferred.
• Certification: Epic certification within four months; Cadence certification preferred; two attempts if needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and diagnoses system problems, identifies root cause and resolves or escalates.
• Plans, designs, implements, maintains and optimizes applications.
• Translates business needs into system design and specifications.
• Collaborates with users and IT staff to plan, test, implement and maintain systems.
• Provides Tier 2 support and participates in on-call rotation.
