Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
• Five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT
• Epic Cadence Certification and experience required

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the development of specifications for new or revised systems.
• Provide technical guidance and assign work to the Applications Analysts.
• Assist in planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the section.
• Work with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes in the design, testing and implementation.
• Coordinate the activities of the section with other IT sections (e.g., database, telecommunications, operations, technical support).
• Act as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.
• Assist in supervision and may perform management functions in the absence of the Manager.
• May act as a project leader.
• Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
