Responsibilities

• Supervise staff of Applications Analysts and provide technical direction.
• Assist in planning, organizing and controlling section activities.
• Work with client management to specify complex business requirements and oversee design, testing and implementation.
• Coordinate the activities of the section with other IT sections.
• Act as expert technical resource to development staff in all phases of the development and implementation process.
• Assist in supervision and may perform management function in the absence of the Manager.
• May act as a project leader.
• Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
