Qualifications

• Epic Cadence Certification is REQUIRED.
• 3+ years of relevant application/systems experience with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting, configuring, troubleshooting, and testing enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Additional relevant IT or Epic certifications.
