Job summary

CHRISTUS Health seeks an Information Services Lead to coordinate efforts across IS teams, driving application support, incident and change management, and project reporting. This senior role requires strong leadership, Epic system familiarity, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You will mentor analysts, ensure quality outcomes, and collaborate with application and compliance teams to design processes. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary representation in implementation phases including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization.
• Demonstrates leadership for team to consistently provide strong, high-quality outcomes to end users and stakeholders.
• Applies expert level understanding of clinical/business operations, documents dependencies, and provides clear project status reporting.
• Leads process and requirement analysis, including mapping and elicitation for complex projects.
• Develops business relationships with key client administrators for new project insights.
• Organizes workload and mentors analysts to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Maintains knowledge of Epic Nova release notes and related documentation.
• Works with application teams to design, develop, and maintain application aspects within policies.
• Leads focus area workgroups and coordinates cross-application sessions.
• Communicates effectively with senior leadership and plans projects proactively.
