Job summary

Prominence Advisors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst for a multi-year Epic implementation at an academic health system with an immediate start.

The role focuses on designing, testing, and supporting Cadence scheduling workflows through go-live and stabilization. You will partner with scheduling and clinic operations, validate current-state processes, and drive future-state workflows across departments and providers while collaborating with Ambulatory and other Epic modules.

Qualifications

• Active Cadence certification or equivalent
• Hands-on Cadence build experience on an Epic implementation, including testing and go-live support
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, templating, and patient access workflows
• Ability to ramp up quickly on an in-progress project
• Strong communication skills with operational stakeholders
• Proven ability to deliver projects remotely

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and validate Epic Cadence scheduling workflows (departments, providers, visit types, templates, decision trees)
• Coordinate with cross-application teams for end-to-end workflows
• Execute testing and resolve issues surfaced during validation
• Support scheduling data conversion and end-user go-live readiness
• Create build documentation and transfer knowledge to customer teams
• Escalate risks to project leadership as needed
• Participate in corporate functions and team meetings as required
