Job summary

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, architecture oversight, and safeguarding patient safety through secure, compliant system configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; work experience may substitute.
• Epic certification in area of support or certification obtained within 12 weeks of Epic training with no more than two testing attempts required.

Responsibilities

• Create frameworks for planning, design, and documentation of system functionality and changes.
• Set standards and best practices to ensure work quality meets customer needs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement changes and resolve issues.
• Mitigate systemic risk through build processes, system analysis and monitoring.
• Develop roadmaps for system functionality and timelines for major projects.
