Ardent Health seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst to develop, configure, and support hospital system applications, focusing on Epic Professional Billing Claims.

You will analyze workflows, data, and technical documents, design and test solutions, and lead testing efforts while mentoring teammates. This role requires strong Epic Resolute expertise, certification, and excellent communication within a healthcare IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle, IT systems support, or operations.
• Current Epic Resolute Claims and Remittance Administration certification.
• Experience with Epic Slicer Dicer and Reporting Workbench.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate best practices in Epic Revenue Cycle into designs.
• Plan and execute new functionality in upgrades.
• Provide ongoing analytics and support for systems.
• Lead testing and coordinate disaster recovery measures.
• Participate in after-hours On-Call rotation.
• Mentor teammates in application design and support.
