Job summary

The Christ Hospital is seeking a knowledgeable IT professional to lead oversight, development, and adoption of clinical and financial systems for ambulatory units. You will drive Epic Professional Billing and Claims initiatives, ensure end-user support, and maintain robust revenue cycle practices.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of relevant experience, a degree in information systems or healthcare, and Epic certification.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business or healthcare-related field; or an associate degree with commensurate experience.
5 to 7 years of experience in information systems or ambulatory Revenue Cycle roles.
Epic application certification and experience preferred.
Experience with ambulatory Revenue Cycle processes (Charge Capture, Billing, Collections, Claims).
Strong communication skills—written and verbal—and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and to work with technical teams and clinicians.

Responsibilities

System Analysis, Development, Build, and Implementation for Epic Professional Billing and Claims.
Provide End-User Support for Billing and Claims.
Develop, Support, and Maintain Documentation, Policy and Procedures.
System Testing and Acceptance.
Project Management.
Development and implementation of Revenue Cycle Best Practices.
