Qualifications

• Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification.
• 4+ years of healthcare experience.
• 4+ years of experience in an Epic analyst role with function and build experience.
• 4+ years of knowledge of revenue cycle metrics, KPIs, and process improvement techniques relative to these areas.
• 3+ years of direct client healthcare domain knowledge such as billing, payment posting, self-pay/insurance follow up, denial management, customer service or vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Professional Billing Claims configurations and builds to standards and resolve defects.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications and review with clients.
• Mentor client-based team members as SME.
• Lead medium to large Epic upgrades or enhancements to workflows, including design, build, and test phases.
• Document design and validation sessions, ensure issue escalation.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, IT and third-party systems.
• Provide on-site or remote go-live support and 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Develop training curricula and materials with trainers.
• Adhere to change control and organizational configuration standards.
• Build strong relationships with end users and business partners.
