Qualifications

• Active / current Epic certification in Resolute Professional Billing Claims
• 4+ years of healthcare experience
• 4+ years of Epic analyst role with function and build experience
• 4+ years of knowledge in revenue cycle metrics and KPIs
• 3+ years of direct client healthcare domain knowledge such as billing, payment posting, denial management

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional billing claims configurations and builds
• Translate user requirements into functional/technical design specifications
• Mentor client-based team members
• Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives within workflows
• Participate in design and validation sessions with proper documentation
• Act as liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and on-site go-live assistance
• Gain in-depth knowledge of software functionality and workflows
• Collaborate with trainers to develop training materials
• Adhere to change control and configuration standards
• Develop relationships with end user communities and business partners
• Attend meetings across the facility
