Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or 7+ years of IT experience; 5 years in healthcare IT is required.
• Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of IT experience; 3 years in healthcare IT is preferred.
• OR 2+ years of lead, supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Vendor certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple cross-functional work teams to develop innovative application solutions and ensure milestones are met.
• Defines requirements and solution sets for enhancements and configuration of the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing system.
• Oversees project plans, manages day-to-day operations, and mentors team members.
• Coordinates vendor releases, testing, and system upgrades; fixes defects as needed.
• Develops change management procedures and maintains all policies for supported applications.
