Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks an experienced Resolute Application Manager to lead the Epic Resolute PB team, translating business needs into technical delivery. You will guide configuration, maintenance, and optimization of billing systems to maximize system integrity, regulatory compliance, and a high-quality billing experience across the revenue cycle.

Travel up to 25% may be required. Qualifications include Epic Resolute Certification and strong project governance experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle including Epic Resolute configuration, implementation and support.
• 4+ years in a management capacity.
• Deep understanding of Resolute PB workflows, including charge router, claims, remittance and payment posting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing Epic Resolute Analysts team.
• Set goals and accountability metrics; provide coaching and feedback to develop the team's technical and professional capabilities.
• Oversee the portfolio of all revenue cycle projects, from small optimizations to large-scale implementations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
