Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned BI/Analytics Engineer to independently configure, monitor, and maintain our BI platforms and servers. The role involves training analysts, enforcing standards, and supporting security and upgrades across BI/reporting tools in a remote office setting with frequent collaboration.

You will mentor junior teammates, ensure content governance, and stay current on EHR workflows and healthcare analytics trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools.
• Epic Cogito certifications required; Cogito and BI tool experience preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience with Epic applications and BI tools.

Mansioni

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms, systems, and servers.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure performance and compliance with standards.
• Provide training for analysts and end users on BI/reporting tools.
• Maintain security, upgrades, licensing, and issue resolution for BI systems.
• Document tasks thoroughly and support project go-lives and on-call needs.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle and retire outdated content.
• Mentor junior team members and share expertise on BI administration.
• Stay current with healthcare IT, EHR workflows, and BI trends.
