The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Epic applications and BI, with Cogito certifications preferred. This role may be remote with travel, requires strong analytical skills, and mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience with Epic Cogito and BI tools.
• 5-7 years of experience in Epic applications and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, monitor, and maintain BI platforms, systems, and servers.
• Monitor BI tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Train analysts on BI/reporting usage and upgrades.
• Provide support for BI systems, including maintenance and go-lives.
• Apply security changes and manage access per policy.
• Manage analytics content lifecycle, auditing and retiring content.
• Document tasks per industry standards.
• Manage projects using appropriate tools.
• Stay informed on healthcare IT trends and BI tech.
• Mentor junior BI staff.
