Job summary

Responsibilities

Configure, test, monitor, and maintain analytical and operational BI platforms and servers.
Monitor BI tools to ensure performance and adherence to standards.
Provide training and create job aids for BI/Reporting usage and upgrades.
Support BI/reporting systems, including upgrades, security changes, licensing, and go-lives.
Apply security changes and manage access per policy; simplify configurations for sustainability.
Audit analytics content lifecycle and retire outdated content per processes.
Document tasks to industry standards; manage projects using appropriate tools.
Stay informed about healthcare IT trends and mentor junior team members.
