Job summary

Rush Copley Medical Center is seeking a Business Intelligence professional to examine reporting requirements across the organization and develop reporting structures using SQL, Clarity and Caboodle databases, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and Epic Cogito tools including Radar dashboards, RW SQL metrics, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CS/clinical or related field preferred.
• 3+ years BI, data analytics, or similar role with Epic reporting SQL.
• Epic certification training in Clarity and Caboodle required; Revenue Data Model preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills for Clarity/Caboodle; experience with BI tools.
• Experience leading projects, meeting deadlines, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, validate, schedule, and deliver reports with high accuracy.
• Communicate reporting changes to management and staff in writing or verbally.
• Follow up with customers before, during, and after implementation.
• Define and document user requirements.
• Facilitate meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties.
• Utilize Epic Cogito tools including Radar dashboards, RW SQL metrics, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer.
• Utilize reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, and Business Objects.
