Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking an experienced BI Developer to translate clinical and business reporting needs into accurate analytics.

You will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Epic reporting tools and enterprise analytics platforms, while coordinating upgrades and testing. The role requires strong SQL, Tableau, relational databases, and data visualization skills, with 3–4 years in healthcare analytics.

Qualifications

• Epic experience with Clarity, SlicerDicer, Radar, and Workbench is required.
• Minimum 3-4 years of healthcare analytics experience.
• Experience with relational databases and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Translate reporting needs into accurate dashboards and analytics.
• Design, develop, and support reports using Epic tools and BI platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and test upgrades with vendor support.
• Assist training and deliver excellent customer service in healthcare.
• May manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
