Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in creating and maintaining reports and visualizations.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.
• Expertise in OLAP, Oracle, SQL Server, T-SQL, XML, HTML.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop BI solutions architecture translating business requirements to technology solutions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, admins, and IT to define reporting requirements in Epic EHR.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Epic reports using Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards.
• Design reusable reports and dashboards to communicate KPIs and trends.
• Validate data and ensure accuracy; troubleshoot data extraction and reporting issues.
• Train and support end-users to effectively use reports.
• Document data sources, methodologies, and report specs.
• Maintain library of report definitions for stakeholders.
• Lead long-term Epic report development with end users and management.
• Coordinate with Enterprise/Solutions Architecture to align with standards.
