Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an EPIC Analyst specialized in behavioral health to lead scoping and consult on module implementation. This role collaborates with clinicians, IT, and operations to shape the module framework and ensure alignment with inpatient workflows.

The position focuses on providing thought leadership, not owning the build, and requires inpatient behavioral health knowledge, ClinDoc and orders expertise, and a strong track record of EPIC implementations.

Qualifications

• Inpatient behavioral health EPIC implementation experience.
• 4+ years of experience in EPIC implementations.
• ClinDoc experience including flowsheets, smart tools, navigators, CER updates.
• Experience with updates to orders, order sets, and consult builds.
• EPIC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement, optimize, test, and maintain the behavioral health module within EPIC.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, team Lead, and Operations Directors to understand team needs.
• Provide scoping, consult the team, and support module implementation.
• Leverage inpatient knowledge to align with clinical workflows during the build.

Location: Hybrid (onsite 2-3 times a month), more often toward go live in JuneHours: 8-5Interviews: 1 round, 1 hour virtual with Manager and the team Lead

Day to DayImplementation, optimization, testing and maintenance of the behavioral health module within EPICThis analyst will work alongside a Project Manager leading this effort as well as a team lead, another behavioral health analyst, and to Operations Directors, Clinicians, phycologists, psychiatrists, and social workers will be involved in these meetings to truly understand what the team needs.Use their knowledge to consult the team on creating the module frameworkThey are looking for someone know knows options and could provide thought leadership surrounding Behavioral Health Module Implementations. This person will not be owning the build, they want someone who has the knowledge, can do scoping, consult the team, and support the module implementation.A resource on their team has outpatient behavioral health knowledge through acting as a clinician before transitioning to IT, so they need someone with specific Inpatient knowledge.

Skills and Requirements

• Inpatient behavioral health EPIC implementation experience
• 4+ years of experience working in EPIC implementations
• ClinDoc experience and Orders experience
• For ClinDoc, experience includes flowsheets, flowsheet templates, smart tools, navigators, reporting, and CER updates.
• As for Orders, the candidate should be familiar with updates to orders, order sets, and consult builds.
• EPIC Cert
