• Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into system design and configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting testing, upgrades, implementations, and optimization initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder communication and customer-facing skills.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Multi-application Epic experience.
• Experience supporting integrated third-party systems in addition to Epic.
• Healthcare operations or clinical workflow experience.
