Job summary

Waterfall Technology Consulting Partners LLC seeks an Epic Behavioral Health Analyst to support design, build, testing, and implementation of behavioral health workflows within the Epic platform. You will work with clinical stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to ensure workflows are configured, tested, and deployed during the Epic lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in: Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems or Behavioral Health–related field.
• Must be Ambulatory Certified.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health clinical workflows and translating business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Epic Behavioral Health deployment and build.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, nurses and compliance teams to gather requirements.
• Develop and validate tests: unit, integrated, and UAT; ensure regulatory compliance.
