Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, roll out, and support Beaker applications. You will perform business and systems analysis, define requirements, design workflows, and document solutions while communicating with end-users to resolve issues.

The role requires 3 years of Epic module administration, an Associates degree (or equivalent experience), and Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Associates degree required; 2 years of relevant work experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months is required; Beaker experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or related field recommended.

Responsibilities

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic Beaker applications.
• Analyze requirements, design workflows, document processes, and train users.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement new functionality.
• Plan and manage small to medium projects with regular stakeholder updates.
• Conduct problem-solving and root-cause analysis for routine issues.
