Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field; or high school diploma/general education diploma and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience developing or configuring applications for healthcare IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests.
• Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
• Liaise with business systems stakeholders and vendor staff to ensure alignment of needs and delivery.
• Develop understanding of operational needs to set direction for workflows and drive improvements.
• Participate in training and work with end users to ensure effective adoption.
• Troubleshoot problems and provide end-user support in tracking systems.
• Review project and issue status with project leadership and steer activities accordingly.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-functional collaboration on process design and documentation.
