Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center seeks an Epic Beaker Clinical Applications Analyst III to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Epic Beaker laboratory modules that support patient care, research, and operations. Beaker workflow expertise and CP certification are essential.

This senior role manages complex projects, mentors junior analysts, and ensures reliable, secure technology solutions. Travel to Tampa may be required for deployments and site support.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, Healthcare or related field.
• EPIC Beaker certification (CP) required; Beaker AP, Bridges, and Instrumentation Integration certifications preferred.
• 6 years of high-impact, enterprise-wide experience; Epic environment experience preferred.
• Leadership and project management experience; strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, validate, test, implement, and maintain Epic Beaker components.
• Perform QA and integrated testing of vendor functionality to ensure system reliability.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate projects across applications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation for build specs.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide 24/7 support for enterprise applications.
