Job summary

Nordic is seeking an Epic Application Management Advisor - Beaker to lead Beaker design, build, testing, and troubleshooting for Nordic clients. You will mentor Managed Services team members and guide customer engagements, acting as the application lead for small to mid-sized customers.

The role requires active Epic Beaker CP certification (AP desirable), 3+ years Beaker experience, and strong problem-solving, communication, and change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Active Epic Beaker CP certification required; AP certification desirable.
• 3+ years direct Beaker experience with moderate application functionality knowledge.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
• Must embody Nordic’s maxims and demonstrate problem-solving and technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex concepts up to C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Beaker applications to ensure integrity and stability for complex customers.
• Analyze system requests, translate into detailed specs, and perform build and testing.
• Lead change impact assessments and coordinate system upgrades and testing.
• Document customer processes and configurations; guide team members accordingly.
• Manage multiple complex clients and projects with SLA adherence.
