Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Managed Services Senior Analyst to design, build, test and troubleshoot Epic Beaker-based EHR systems for complex clients. You will manage multiple customer assignments with oversight from senior advisors, ensuring quality and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years with Epic Beaker, CP certification, strong data innovations knowledge, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. Travel and on-call rotations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Epic Beaker CP certification is required; AP certification is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting Epic Beaker.
• Knowledge of Data Innovations and ITIL processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and ensure integrity of Epic Beaker-based EHR systems.
• Translate customer requests into detailed requirements and perform system build and testing.
• Analyze workflows, system setup, and participate in upgrades and testing.
• Manage multiple customer assignments with minimal oversight; document requests and incidents.
• Follow change control policies for migrating builds and configurations.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with IT and operations staff.
• Participate in onboarding new team members to client configurations.
• Aid in other internal initiatives as needed.
