Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Beaker analyst to configure, rollout, and support Beaker applications. You will conduct business and systems analysis, define requirements, design solutions, and resolve issues with end users.

You will analyze workflows, document processes, and maintain Beaker configurations. Strong communication, problem solving, and 3 years of Epic administration experience are required; Epic certification within 6 months is expected; remote-based role.

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications; documents workflow analyses and supports environments.
Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows; corrects issues and implements new functionality.
Provides guidance and support to end-users to enhance Beaker usage and resolve issues.
Contributes to and manages small to medium projects; updates stakeholders on progress.
