Responsibilities

• Provide expert Beaker troubleshooting and issue analysis for BeakerApply projects.
• Lead and manage customer engagements with attention to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Document customer processes and configurations; maintain up-to-date ticketing records.
• Coordinate with teams on changes, testing, and system upgrades.
• Mentor junior team members and support onboarding.
