The role requires 7+ years Beaker experience with dual CP/AP certification, plus strong governance and collaboration skills. Travel ~25% and a focus on financial accuracy are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Epic Beaker experience; at least 2 enterprise implementations or consolidations.
• Active dual certification in Epic Beaker CP and AP.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs improving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise-scale Beaker design, integration, and optimization projects.
• Define governance, templates, and configuration best practices for CP and AP.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Laboratory Operations leadership to align build with financial accuracy and reimbursement goals.
• Oversee validation strategy, regression frameworks, and release planning.
• Provide architectural guidance on interoperability (HL7/FHIR, middleware, automation).
• Lead issue-resolution and root-cause analysis for enterprise incidents.
• Coach analysts and contribute to workforce capability development.
