Quest Diagnostics seeks an Epic Beaker Analyst to configure, test, and maintain Beaker across laboratory areas. You will collaborate with laboratory and technology teams to optimize workflows, ensure system integrity, and support patient insights.

The role involves participating in full life-cycle implementations, upgrades, and validations, and requires travel ~25%. A strong foundation in Beaker configurations and knowledge of lab processes is essential.

Qualifications

Experience improving order-to-cash workflows in healthcare settings.
Understanding of specimen processing, test codes, billing triggers, and lab data integrity.
Collaborates effectively with laboratory, technology, and revenue cycle teams.
Experience in healthcare IT or laboratory environments.
Familiarity with laboratory workflows and terminology.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Beaker master data, test compendia, workflows, and reporting structures.
Design and optimize order entry, accessioning, result, and billing workflows with Epic systems.
Partner with leaders to translate operational needs into scalable configurations.
Participate in full life-cycle implementations, upgrades, and validation testing.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analyses, and drive timely resolutions.
Document configuration decisions and validation evidence for CAP/CLIA/HIPAA/audit requirements.
