The candidate will join the Epic Beacon team, supporting continuous design, testing, and production support while mentoring others and aligning with departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare operations experience or 5 years with no degree.
• Epic certification in Beacon/Ambulatory within 90 days of training or hire.

Responsibilities

• Support Beacon and Ambulatory workflows across Epic Beacon and related modules.
• Design, build, test, validate, maintain, and support Epic Beacon workflows.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve goals and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Act as educator/subject-matter expert for system users across departments.
