Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking an Epic Aura Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end EMR integrations across our platforms. You will own the Epic Aura lifecycle, driving planning, training, and post-go-live support to ensure scalable deployments.

You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to align workflows with system design, enabling clinicians to work efficiently and securely within a unified Epic ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience
• Hands-on with Epic Aura and Care Everywhere
• Epic Beaker experience required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic Aura implementations from initiation to go-live
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines
• Identify risks and drive resolution with stakeholders
• Establish repeatable implementation playbooks and processes
