Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking an Epic Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end Epic Aura deployments, integrations, and optimization across our EMR ecosystem. You will drive planning, cross‑functional coordination, training, and go‑live support with clinical and IT teams.

This role partners with stakeholders to ensure workflows align with genetic testing processes, oversees risk management, develops best practices, and guides clients through adoption and post‑go‑live support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare IT experience with EMR/EHR integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Aura and Beaker.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic Aura implementations, from initiation through go-live and post-implementation optimization.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Establish implementation best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes.
