Job summary

Tempus AI, Inc. is seeking a healthcare IT professional to lead the design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations, especially Aura workflows for ordering, results delivery, and data sharing across hospital systems.

You will collaborate with hospital IT teams and Epic representatives, manage testing cycles, serve as a SME for clinical application functionality, and support go-live with tiered production assistance. Epic certification is required.

Qualifications

5+ years in healthcare IT with hands-on Epic builds.
Epic certification in Beaker, Ambulatory, Interconnect, Bridges, or Care Everywhere.
Experience supporting clinical or lab ordering and results interfaces.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, build, and deployment of Epic integrations (Aura), supporting ordering, results delivery, and data sharing workflows.
Collaborate with hospital IT teams, Epic representatives, and end users to define requirements and provide support during Epic Aura integration projects.
Manage end-to-end testing cycles, including unit, regression, and integration testing.
Act as SME for clinical application functionality and provide training to end-users and junior analysts.
Support go-live initiatives and provide tiered production support for issues.
Document workflows, specifications, and best practices for repeatable deployments.
